How to reduce the burden of moral education

In order to facilitate management, many schools have implemented quantitative assessment of the work of head teachers. This kind of quantitative assessment is more objective and fair, but it can not reflect the essence and whole of the work of the head teacher, especially the recessive and infiltrative part.
