Beijing Xin Cheng Vocational School, located in Taihu Town, Tongzhou District, is a provincial-level key vocational school, established in 1984. Its predecessors were Beijing Tongzhou District Beisi Middle School and Beijing Tongzhou District No.1 Vocational School, respectively, which were renamed as Beijing Xin Cheng Vocational School after integration by Tongzhou District People's Government in 2010. There are nine majors: Preschool Education, Digital Media Technology Application, Automobile Operation and Maintenance, E-Commerce, Computer Application, Tourism Service and Management, Chinese Cuisine and Nutritional Diet, Western Cuisine and Recreation Facilities Operation and Maintenance with 659 students enrolled.

The school covers an area of 180 acres, with advanced teaching equipment and perfect living facilities, and has been authorized as a "National Examination Point for Computer Application Technology", "Ministry of Information Industry Electronics Industry Skills Certification Station - Practical Training Base Training Point", and The school has been awarded the honors and titles of "Beijing Civilized Manners Demonstration School", "Advanced Group for the Establishment of Beijing Vocational High School" and "Advanced Unit for the Transfer Training of Rural Surplus Laborers in Beijing". The school is now working with Beijing College of Finance and Commerce, Beijing Institute of Economics and Management, and Beijing Vocational Transportation College to develop 3+2 vocational schools. The school is now working with Beijing Institute of Finance and Trade, Beijing Institute of Economics and Management, and Beijing Institute of Transport and Communications to develop a 3+2 model of connection between secondary and vocational education.

The school has a strong teaching staff, with 112 teachers, including 25 senior teachers and 23 teachers with postgraduate degrees or levels, and the school also employs some experts in related professions to teach at the school. The school places emphasis on cultivating students' innovative spirit and practical ability. In addition to obtaining academic graduation certificates, the school also organizes students of various majors to take relevant vocational qualification examinations and obtain corresponding vocational qualifications. Our graduates have always been well received by employers for their high quality, good foundation, ability, and ability to go down and be used. Our school has signed a talent reserve class with the Global Resort to train applied talents for the cultural and tourism industry in the sub-center.
