The 8th National International Forum on Chinese language education and the seminar on professional master training ended

<p style="line-height: 2em;">In order to further promote the training of international Chinese education masters, strengthen the construction of international Chinese teaching staff, and promote the development of international Chinese education, the Eighth National Forum on the training of international Chinese education talents and the seminar on the training of professional masters was held in Zhuhai Campus of Beijing Normal University from November 20 to 22.</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">This forum, with the core topic of &quot;practical ability training of international Chinese education professionals&quot;, is composed of the new teacher training base of Chinese international promotion of Beijing Normal University, School of Chinese culture of Beijing Normal University, School of international Chinese culture of East China Normal University, research base of international Chinese teachers, research center of international Chinese teacher training of Beijing Normal University, and the future of Beijing Normal University Jointly held by the Institute of education. 118 experts from more than 40 universities including Renmin University of China, Central University for nationalities, Nankai University, East China Normal University and Beijing Language and Culture University attended the forum.</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">Experts attending the meeting, heads of the Chinese foreign language exchange and cooperation center of the Ministry of education and relevant departments of Beijing Normal University attended the opening ceremony. The opening ceremony was presided over by Li Weidong, vice president of School of Chinese culture of Beijing Normal University.</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">Zhao Guocheng, deputy director of the Chinese foreign language exchange and cooperation center of the Ministry of education, reviewed the development of international Chinese language education, analyzed the challenges and opportunities faced by international Chinese language teaching, announced new measures and ideas for professional development, and strengthened the confidence of the participants in professional development.</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">Wei Wei, Secretary of the Party committee of Zhuhai Campus of Beijing Normal University, expressed a warm welcome to all participants on behalf of Zhuhai Campus, and introduced the relevant situation of Zhuhai Campus.</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">During the subsequent conference and seminar, scholars discussed the training of international Chinese education professionals, the curriculum of Chinese international education, Internet plus curriculum development and distance education, international Chinese teachers&#39; Chinese culture transmission ability and cross cultural ability training.</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">Professor Wang Xuesong, Secretary of the Party committee of the school of Chinese culture of Beijing Normal University, delivered a closing speech for the conference.</p><p><br/></p>
