Officials from embassies of countries along the “Belt and Road”; Huang Kan, deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, Zhou Bo, project manager of the Foreign Exchange Center of the Ministry of Education, Wang Dongjiang, director of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission, and Zhang Yang, director of the Fengtai District Education Commission ; Representatives of cooperative enterprises, some vocational colleges in Beijing and representatives of 19 colleges and universities from 5 countries including Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, and Poland.
