Contestants from Uzbekistan Made Butter Cookies in Western-Dessert Baking Contest

On June 26, contestants from Uzbekistan made butter cookies in western-dessert baking contest. On that day, the first “Silk Road Craftsman” International Skills Competition was also officially kicked off in Beijing and attracted 123 contestants from 26 vocational colleges of 7 countries including China, Russia and Uzbekistan.  They would participate in 5 programs including western cooking, western baking, cake decorating, children-themed paintings and singing & playing of children’s songs.
