How to reduce the burden of moral education

It&#39;s hard to find someone to be a head teacher. It&#39;s even harder to find an experienced teacher to be a head teacher. As a result, many schools have to entrust the work of head teachers to young teachers who have just left school, or force them to take turns as head teachers, whether appropriate or not. As for the effect, it depends on luck.</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">Teachers are engineers of human soul. &quot;Education is a tree shaking another tree, a cloud pushing another cloud, and a soul calling another soul.&quot; moral education work needs to turn the spring breeze into rain, moisten things silently, and persist for a long time. In a word, only with &quot;concentration&quot; can we educate people and cultivate good people. It needs not only environment but also mood to concentrate on education. When our head teachers spend their energy on dealing with all kinds of chores, trivia and troubles, dealing with all levels of departments and tasks that are said to be &quot;important&quot; at any time, collecting and sorting out all kinds of trace management materials, and urging students and parents to complete the formalistic &quot;learning&quot; of various propaganda and education platforms, more and more teachers will There is no time, energy and willingness to guide and educate students deeply, calmly and persistently. When the environment does not allow him to turn into a storm, he has no choice but to choose a storm. Facing the students, he does not have much thought to pay attention to strategies, methods and skills. At this time, he is more concerned about whether the materials to be submitted have been submitted, whether the process to be followed has gone, whether various departments of the school will urge him, whether the parents and students will complain about him, or how much the management assessment branch of the class will deduct. In the process of urging, being busy and being afraid, moral education inevitably moves towards dogmatism and formalism, and even loses its vitality and gradually withers. In fact, most of the head teachers are diligent and hardworking. Moral education is highly valued at the top, but in a mess at the bottom, it seems that everyone is right. Everyone is not easy and life is not easy.</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">However, is this the original intention of our education? Is it the moral education we want?</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">Therefore, there are three suggestions</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">1、 We will strictly implement the various burden reduction measures issued by the state. The key is which department and who will supervise, inspect and implement them, and what are the specific consequences if they are not implemented?</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">Education departments, schools and teachers, as the weak side, are obviously unable to resist all kinds of campus activities, especially the front-line teachers and head teachers. Therefore, it is suggested that schools should set up a review organization composed of teachers&#39; representatives, parents&#39; representatives and students&#39; representatives, regularly review and evaluate the transactional work handled by teachers (head teachers), and put forward reasonable suggestions for reducing the burden; it is suggested that local education and relevant government departments should unblock the channels for teachers to reflect the unreasonable burden, so as to account for the people&#39;s attitude of being responsible for the country and for the future, so as to solve the problem In line with the measures promulgated by the state, a clear implementation list for teachers (head teachers) to reduce the burden should be issued, inspection and supervision should be strengthened, and the will of the state should be implemented.</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">2、 Take the school as the unit, make clear the list of head teacher affairs. Schools are not unlimited liability companies, education is not the master key, teachers also have family and seven emotions and six desires, which should become the consensus of China under the rule of law, rational society and modern schools. It is suggested that school leaders regularly conduct interviews and interviews with class teachers, or implement &quot;school leaders&#39; work experience week&quot;, so as to understand the true working conditions of the head teachers, and understand what they are busy with, what they are annoying and what they expect, so as to effectively reduce their decision making, random command and random apportionment. It is an avoidable way of moral education to urge leaders to think a little more when they arrange tasks through documents, meetings, QQ group and wechat group: what is the educational significance of this matter? Is it necessary for the head teacher to do it? Can we use only one person or a few people? Is there a faster and better way to deal with it without bothering the head teacher?</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">On this basis, according to the type, period and actual situation of the school, reasonably delimit the responsibility scope of the head teacher, and establish a relatively scientific task list of the head teacher. Relatively scientific means clear, concise, primary and secondary, that is, not boring.</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">3、 Reform the evaluation method of class teacher&#39;s work. In order to facilitate management, many schools have implemented quantitative assessment of the work of head teachers. The assessment contents mainly focus on the explicit and transactional work levels, such as cleaning and hygiene, appearance, discipline attendance, early reading and late repair, and submission of materials. This kind of quantitative assessment is more objective and fair, but it can not reflect the essence and whole of the work of the head teacher, especially the recessive and infiltrative part. Even if it should be used, the evaluation should focus on the process of guiding students and the actual effect of education.</p><p style="line-height: 2em;">In the foreseeable future, head teachers may be nannies, cleaners, firefighters, policemen, judges and housekeepers, but they should act as coaches, directors, guides and pilots. In order to promote moral education, we should liberate class teachers as much as possible, let them have the opportunity to go to battle with light weight, and use good steel on the blade.
