Chapter I General Provisions

Article 3 the purpose of the Alliance

Chapter II Organization and responsibility

Article 5 board of directors

Article 6 the Standing Council

（1） Standing Council: it is composed of the president, executive vice president, vice president, secretary general and executive director, with a term of three years.

（2） Responsibilities of the Standing Council:

1. Election of the president, executive vice president and vice president;

2. To decide on the Secretary General on the basis of the nomination of the president;

Article 7 Council

（1） The Council is the governing body of the alliance. The activities and meetings of the alliance are carried out through the Council of the alliance. （2） Responsibilities of the Council:

Article 8 honorary chairman

Famous experts and scholars at home and abroad, as well as relevant leaders, cultural and educational counselors of the Embassy in China and other foreign officials are invited to serve as honorary chairman of the alliance.

Chapter III business scope

Article 9 system construction

We should explore the system construction of vocational education characteristics, strengthen the experience exchange between the alliance colleges, promote the development of member colleges and the alliance with advanced ideas, and promote the management system innovation between the alliance colleges.

Article 10 discipline (specialty) construction

Relying on the construction of interdisciplinary (Industry University Research) alliance, the interdisciplinary (Interdisciplinary) alliance should be established.

Article 11 personnel training

One belt, one road, Beijing occupation colleges and the occupation colleges in the "one belt and one road" countries establish curriculum docking and credit recognition mechanism; explore the training mode of academic credentials and certificates mutual education; promote the study and visit activities among the countries along the border; organize students from the alliance colleges to carry out production practice, graduation design, social practice and campus culture; and guide the alliance.
