Western Cooking
Western cuisine, just as the name implies, is the dishes of the western country. Relative to the Southeast Asia, western country is the cultural circle of the European. The accurate appellation of the western cuisine should be the European dishes or European catering. Its cooking methods are different with China, with the condiments like the olive oil, the butter, the ketchup, the salad dressing, etc. The different staple foods may match the same vegetables, like the tomatoes, the broccolis, etc. It is because its location so that it is called the western cuisine. The “western” generally means European countries.
